Attending the waiting rooms of medical offices and in particular of chiropractors and osteopaths, I have repeatedly heard the comments of regular patients explaining to those who were preparing for their first visit what would happen. On these occasions it emerged that as a patient one should not be afraid, afraid of where they had to lie down to be treated, but rely completely on the expert hands of the operator.
I understood that the treatment tables actually lacked aesthetic value, design and this was perceived by the patient during the first approach.
Stability and noiselessness, high technology.
After listening to the various needs of professionals in the sector, the most important shared requirements were: stability (essential for a specific fix), low noise and high quality.
